Get a unique and specialized 45 min workout with Cassandra that will kickstart your fitness journey and get you on track for your goals!
We will do a full-body workout that is specifically catered to you based off of any injuries that you may have, anatomical restrictions that promote/inhibit certain movements, and conditions that I should know. We will start with a dynamic warm-up, then get into the "meat and potatoes" of the heavy lifting of the workout, and ending in a cool-down targeted towards the areas we worked on/areas that may need extra attention to improve flexibility and performance.
