Anxiety Busting Session

An Anxiety Busting Session is a therapeutic approach using NLP, MER®, and, and Hypnosis to help individuals manage and reduce their anxiety.

In an Anxiety Busting Session, a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mental Emotional Release®, and Hypnosis creates a safe and comfortable space for you to talk about the things that worry or scare you. They play an exciting game with words and thoughts (this is called NLP), which is like rearranging the toys in your brain's toy box to help turn scary thoughts into brave ones. Then, with something called MER®, you and the practitioner tidy up your room of emotions, taking the scary feelings you don't need and throwing them away. After that, the practitioner takes you on a magical mind journey, called hypnosis, where you feel super calm and relaxed. During this journey, you imagine being brave and strong, helping you feel better when scary things happen. After this journey, you chat with the practitioner about the fun and brave stuff you imagined. The practitioner also gives you some homework, which could be remembering your brave thoughts or practicing your mind journey at home. At the end of the session, the practitioner reminds you of all the cool and brave things you've learned to help you feel less scared. Just like learning how to ride a bike or tie your shoes, the more you practice these new skills, the less worried you'll feel!
