This is an individual session, where we work with each other to understand your anxiety and how we can manage it
This session is fully person centred. Each session we will discuss your present and past experiences at your own discretion and work towards effective coping mechanisms and monitor their effectiveness It is not required to do more than the one session as these sessions are fully at your own discretion and you would never be pressured to book in for future sessions but in order to get the most out of anxiety coaching, it is advised that you book around 8 - 12 sessions within 6 - 12 months so that we can monitor how effective the sessions are Want to gain better control over your anxiety?
