I would love to know more about you, your background, what kind of work ethic you have currently, what are you looking to achieve by having a life coach? Are you looking to improve your day to day scheduling? Maybe you are looking to have someone check in on you to assist you in staying on task? Are you in need of a friend? Confidence building, personally, work wise, in friend groups etc. It is important for you to know before moving forward to speak with me that I am not a psychologist. I am not licensed to diagnose or treat specific conditions. I am a life coach! I am here to be your supporter, your friend, your kick in the behind when you need it.
