Introduction for Beginners. You don’t need to have any prior experience. Learn the Basic principles of Ballet . Practicing basic exercises and moves, then perform simple combinations at slow tempo ,improving technique and understand movement .

Session Plan (1st Session) 1)Start with warm up with some strengthening and stretching exercises 2) Introducing to basic ballet positions of the body by doing some exercises 3) Introducing to barre exercises slow sequences to making sure to understand the rhythm and focus on technique 4) centre work : introduction to port de bras and simple allegro 5 ) Cool down and stretching
