In this session, students will learn how to deal with strong emotions, such as anger or sadness, and the manner they express them can help them feel better. We will practice "mindfulness," which helps you to dwell in the present moment.
Today, you can start to heal yourself with your mind. If you feel "broken," or if you feel any pain, whether it's emotional, physical, or spiritual, remember that you're capable of so much. Your brain is a powerful tool, so we'll share some mental exercises that can improve your life right away. Here, you'll begin your journey toward wholeness and wellness. If you believe your mind is broken, I can help you heal it. When you concentrate on how you can motivate yourself, your brain will not detect restrictions. If you think about the future and focus on your goals, you will be able to overcome any ailment or behavior that you believe is holding you back. Your mind will become less "stuck" on unhealthy thought patterns and more open to what is possible.
