Each session lasts one hour to an hour and a half, with a total of 10 sessions held every two weeks (or weekly, if necessary and mutually agreed upon). The goal of each session is to work toward the outcome you want
My role is to ask the questions that will help you navigate your doubts, challenges, and obstacles that may be preventing you from reaching your goal. Our space will be a confidential one, where I will neither judge, comment on, nor give advice. Instead, my role is to guide you in discovering what is best for yourself by helping you reflect, think critically, and analyze what you truly want.
