Chakra Balancing

This session will consist of vinyasa flow to balance the chakras in the body. We will be bending over, twisting, sitting and laying flat on our mats during this session but the movements will be rather quick.

It is important to work on balancing your chakras because it can release blocked energies and create harmony in these areas to untrue the physical and emotional well being. A great way to take care of you mind, body, and spirit!
