Goal Setting: We began by clearly defining the client's primary goal for the session - to find more fulfillment and purpose in their current role. We explored the client's underlying motivations, values, and long-term career aspirations to establish a clear vision. Reality Check: Next, we conducted an honest assessment of the client's current situation. We discussed the client's key strengths, areas of opportunity, and any obstacles or challenges they were facing in their day-to-day work. This provided critical insights to inform the action plan. Options and Obstacles: With the goal and reality defined, we brainstormed a range of potential options and strategies the client could pursue.
