Counselling on PTSD and mental well-being

Through talk therapy I encourage clients to navigate through their feelings, emotions, life experiences and explore various possibilities of coping with distress, discomfort and pain whilst paving ways for healing processes.

My therapy sessions focus on mental well-being whilst raising the awareness of bodily sensations and mindfully orienting the client to a state of security, safety and reassurance. Through talk therapy, I create a safe space for the individual to share their thoughts and feelings. As a counsellor I may use open-ended prompts to encourage reflection and guide the storytelling process, fostering self-awareness and promoting a deeper understanding of emotions. Through this collaborative dialogue, individuals can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards positive changes in their mental and physical well-being.
