Counselling on trauma and mental well-being

Through talk therapy and storytelling I encourage clients to navigate through their feelings, emotions and life experiences and explore various possibilities of coping with distress, discomfort, pain whilst paving ways for healing processes.

In a talk therapy session focused on mental well-being, I create a safe space for the individual to share their thoughts and feelings. Storytelling has proven to be a valuable tool, allowing the person to express their experiences through narratives. As a counsellor I may use open-ended prompts to encourage reflection and guide the storytelling process, fostering self-awareness and promoting a deeper understanding of emotions. Through this collaborative dialogue, individuals can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards positive changes in their mental well-being.
