I’m a native French speaker who traded restaurant kitchens for language lessons though I still can’t resist throwing in the odd food metaphor along the way. Over 20+ years I’ve worked across kitchens and hospitality venues in Switzerland and Australia, training and speaking French, English, Italian and German just to get through a busy service. These days I teach French the way I like to cook: relaxed, practical and never overcomplicated. No rigid syllabus, no boring grammar drills for the sake of it just real, useful language you can actually use. Here’s the fun part: you’re in charge of the menu. Want to prep for a trip to Paris?
