Goal Setting

Let's get started! We need to talk about your goals and your background. It is important to discuss your current situation so that we can develop a plan/schedule moving forward.

The session will be focussed around collaborative goal setting so that we can be on the same page about your health and fitness goals. I will never force you to do more than you are comfortable with. I will however encourage and challenge you to dig deep, reevaluate, and ask yourself the hard questions of if the goals you set and your current lifestyle are the best fit for you to succeed.
