Join me on your mat for 1-hour Hatha Yoga journey! Warm up, flow through sun salutations & postures, building strength, flexibility & breath connection. Suitable for all levels. Find balance & relaxation.

The class will incorporate: Warm-up: Gentle neck rolls, arm circles, and stretches to prepare the body. Sun Salutations: Flowing sequences to build heat and synchronize breath with movement. Standing Poses: Focus on strengthening legs, core, and improving balance. Seated Poses: Enhance flexibility and core engagement. Twisting Poses: Gently detoxify the body and improve spinal mobility. Balancing Poses: Refine focus and coordination. Cool-down and Savasana (Corpse Pose): Allow the body and mind to integrate the practice and find deep relaxation. Throughout the class, modifications will be offered to accommodate all levels. You'll be encouraged to listen to your body, explore your range of motion, and celebrate your own unique practice.
