Hatta yoga is the basic form of yoga that anybody can practice even beginners, in my session I will teach the traditional way of practicing yoga with proper breathings.
Session timing 1Hour:15min 15 minutes of silent meditation and opening mantra chanting. 20 minutes of loosening muscles and joints 10 minutes of warmups 20 minutes of Hatta yoga flow basics 10 minutes of relaxation & closing mantra chanting
