This will be a high intensity FULL BODY workout with no equipment needed.
Your session will be 45 minutes long. We will start off with a stretch, and then we will go into the workout which will be set up in a way that gets the calories burning, the heart rate up whilst targeting your whole body. Then we will end with some abdominal workouts and end off with stretching. I do the timing, show you the exercises and all you have to do is show up with your exercise mat and your towel and some water.
