Upon booking an Introductory appointment, you can expect to receive an intake questionnaire. This is to help both of us have a clear understanding of what it is you are seeking from a coach in your life. The 14 question, questionnaire can be filled out with as much or as little detail as you like. Keep in mind, the more detail/work you put into this from the start, the more likely you are to succeed in this journey!
