Secondly, we will work on your ideal outcome and underlying Reason for what you envision happening if you were to achieve this goal. How would you feel if you were to accomplish this goal? If you could wake up tomorrow and have your entire dream life what would look, taste, feel, sound, or even smell like? What is something you could work on to work toward so that you can achieve this goal? What else could you do to help you achieve this goal? Third, we will work on finding out what roadblocks. Such as, What has stopped you from achieving this goal? What thoughts have stopped you from achieving this goal? What behaviors have stopped you from achieving this goal? Fourth we will see if I am the right fit for you as a coach and if coaching is the right fit to help you achieve your goals! Fifth we will look at what the negative impacts could be if you weren't to accomplish your goal. And then lastly we will look at the positive benefits that could benefit you if you were to achieve this goal!
