This session will start with some breathing exercises, then move into a 12 minute Kirtan Kriya practice and finish off with some mediation.
We will start with some alternate nostril breathing to bring the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems into balance. Then we’ll move into a 12 minute Kirtan Kriya practice which includes some hand mudras and chanting. This practice is proven to improve cognitive function and reduce the effects of dementia and Alzheimer’s. We’ll finish off with a relaxing meditation.
