During our first session, we will get to know each other a little bit to see if there is a good fit. It is a safe space for you to be yourself, open up, and talk about whatever you feel like. It is your time.
We will start by understanding your current situation, where you are at, why this place is not where you want to be, what bothers you, what works and what doesn't, and what needs to change. We will also go through a life audit, looking closely to different areas of your life and establish where you are and where you would like to be. We will also use some visualisation and brainstorming to really understand where you want to be, whether it is with one specific area of your life, a specific issue, or something broader. We will make sure that we know exactly why you want it, why it is important, and how it would change your life. Throughout our further sessions, we will create a step-by-step guide for you and break down the big goal into smaller easy steps you can take every day to get closer to where you want to be. Be aware that I give homework that you can complete in your own pace in between sessions.
