Welcome to our online guided Yoga Nidra session, designed to help achieve deep relaxation and inner peace from the comfort of your own personal space. This practice is guided in a way where the body rests deeply while the mind remains aware.
My session begins with a brief introduction to the practice, where we explain the intent of the practice and pre-requisites. Which is, that the participant has had a meal 2 hours prior to lying down for the guided meditation as comfort is 'key', wear comfortable clothes, make sure your 'to-do' plans are on a momentary halt and that you would not allow yourself to be disturbed during 'your self-care' time.
