Through a series of gentle, fully supported postures, you'll be encouraged to release physical and mental tension, allowing your body to unwind and your mind to settle into a peaceful state. Each pose is held for an extended period, giving you the time and space to connect with your breath and let go of stress. The use of props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks.
