Join me for a soulful slow flow session that will open up your heart and tend to your mind, body and soul.
In this session we will focus on Anahat, the Heart Chakra. Starting with gentle movements warming up our bodies and connecting to breath. We will work our way up to a heart opening peak pose, with a back bend. The session will include mindful guided breathing and finish in Savasana for integration.
