Soul Alchemy Session

Can include Soul Retrieval, Guided Meditation, Energy Healing & Shadow Work - to truly transform from the inside out, connect with your spiritual self for healing and evolve towards your true purpose.

This is an intuitively guided journey, supported by Sophie but led by YOUR Soul. Your consciousness will lead us to where we need to be - for healing, activation, transformation - and I will guide & support you in the process. Each session is completely unique, but the most common occurrences can be: - the healing of a past memory/event, often from childhood (sometimes forgotten until it comes up in session) - connection and guidance from your Soul, Higher Self, God or other spiritual power you believe in - deeper understanding of a pattern that has been occurring in your life, and insight as to how you can move forward positively - deep relaxation as energy work occurs (sometimes seeing symbols, feeling tingles or other sensations) If you are open to a unique spiritual experience and ready to develop a deeper connection with yourself - this is for you 🦋 And I’ll be right there to support you the whole way 💖
