Transformational coaching and breathwork session

Each session follows a blueprint that I've found to be effective with my clients, but each one is a unique experience that is led by what you're dealing with in the moment. We will use a combination of coaching, meditation or visualisation, and breathwork.

I have a specific focus on helping my clients navigate LIFE and everything it has to throw at us. Together, we develop a personal strategy to help you move through the things that are holding you back and keeping you stuck in situations that don't serve you. Whether it's stress, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship issues, grief, you name it... these are all a part of life that we would prefer not to experience. I help you understand that by accepting and embracing the whole - all of life and all the parts of you, even the "bad" ones - that you can find solace and peace in being yourself. That you can find joy in navigating change and uncertainty. And you can find your own ways of living your life more fully and completely than you could possibly ever imagine.
