Vinyasa Flow - Hip Openers

In Vinyasa Yoga, breath and movement are linked together in a flow that moves the body in a sequence of poses - known as asanas - linked together to create a flow.

In this hip openers yoga class, we will work on hip mobility as well as stretching and strengthening the muscles around the hip joint and pelvis: including the buttocks, hamstrings, inner thighs and abdomen.
