In my classes, you'll discover the rhythm of breath and movement, experiencing the profound benefits of yoga—whether you're seeking restorative self-care, recovering from an injury, or mastering advanced postures like handstands. Each session is tailored to help you achieve your personal goals. The class sequence typically include warm-up, breathwork and flexibility poses, standing poses for strength and stability, dynamic flows, balance and core strength poses and restorative poses to lock in the benefits of the practice. This structured progression ensures an effective and accessible experience for all participants. With a strong emphasis on creating a mindful and supportive environment, I weave gratitude into my sequences to enhance appreciation and foster a positive mindset. My classes prioritise grounding and stability, ensuring a fulfilling experience for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. As a former professional gymnast representing Wales and Great Britain, I bring a unique perspective to yoga. My journey includes titles such as Welsh Champion and British Champion, and I've recently completed my yoga teacher training, merging my passion for movement with mindful practice.
