In this session, we will dive deeper into the core principles and techniques of EFT. Building on what we covered in the first session, we will provide a brief recap for any newcomers and ensure everyone is on the same page.

nderstanding the EFT Framework: We will start by revisiting the foundations of EFT, including its origins, principles, and the concept of energy meridians. Participants will gain clarity on how EFT works and its potential benefits for emotional healing. Identifying Emotional Triggers: Recognizing our emotional triggers is vital for personal growth. We will explore various techniques to identify and acknowledge these triggers, enabling us to address the underlying emotions effectively. EFT Tapping Protocol: We will walk you through a comprehensive EFT tapping protocol, emphasizing proper technique and acupressure points. Participants will learn how to create personalized tapping scripts to target specific emotional challenges. Addressing Specific Issues: This session will include interactive exercises to work on common issues like anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and limiting beliefs. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and collaborate on tapping for mutual support and learning.
