I’m an exercise specialist and personal trainer, and I hold weekly bootcamps. Now, I'm excited to announce that I'll be branching out to ONLINE ZOOM BOOTCAMP CLASSES! 🖥️🏋️♀️ I know it's not always easy to get to the gym or afford a gym contract, so this is an affordable and fun way to workout from the comfort of your own home! 🏠💥 This is how it goes: - We start with a stretching sequence. - I show you the exercises and explain to you how it works. - You follow my instructions and my timer and then we rest and complete the next rounds. - We work your WHOLE body through high intensity exercises. - We end off with a good cool down stretch. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED.
