Gentle and refreshing yoga session for the whole body! Open to all levels.
Join me for a gentle and refreshing full-body yoga class. Where we fuse hatha yoga and mindful movement to move mindfully in order to get the best out of the practice for our own unique bodies. Suitable for all levels, however, if you are a beginner you may want to have a couple of yoga blocks to hand. This session will be warm a warm and friendly environment and everyone is welcome.
