Vinyasa Flow - Balancing Class

In Vinyasa Yoga, breath and movement are linked together in a flow that moves the body in a sequence of poses - known as asanas - linked together to create a flow.

In this balancing yoga class, we will work on balancing our body to balance our mind. We will work on strengthening and stretching the muscles on either side of our bodies, including the glutes, legs, and sides of our torsos.
