We will mindfuly stretch our bodies and our deeper tissues (which use to be stiffer in the morning) early in the day (9 AM CET) and internaly center ourselves for the day ahead.
Please prepare (any of the following props might serve you really well during your practice, better to prepare more than less props): yoga mat, two yoga blocks (or cushions instead), bolster (or pillow or blanket), blanket. As this is a slow flow, insight type of yoga where we hold poses for a longer time, you might cool down substantialy during the practice not only psychologicaly but also physicaly, so make sure to be in a warm room and/or add some additional layers of clothes (or have them by your yoga mat in case you will need it).
