Hello! I am a RYS 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. I began practicing almost a full decade ago as a means of alleviating general anxiety and never stopped! After completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Calgary, I pursued the completion of my first yoga teacher training. With a background in psychology, I have a passion for sharing tools and techniques that have benefited me - physically, emotionally and spiritually.
