I am a very hard-working and committed individual. I am dedicated to supporting the learning of all the children in my setting as well as their independence, I am able to maintain and support relationships with children and encourage a safe enabling atmosphere for each child’s individual needs. During my three years of experience I have developed strong skills in supporting young children throughout their daily lives, I am very passionate about providing the best childcare and play experiences. I take pride in being able to handle difficult situations sympathetically whilst still maintaining professionalism. I am extremely passionate about teaching, I find the position personally satisfying and beneficial to the students I work with. I am a great communicator and listener, and have the ability to understand a student's needs.
