My name is Bernardo and I work with Mindful Movement & Holistic Fitness My offering of Mindful Movement is a fusion of QiGong and other tension-relieving exercises. Amongst many physical benefits, this combination builds resilience in the nervous system so that we can feel calm, focused and energised in our everyday activities. Within the holistic fitness element, I combine callisthenics, animal flow, weight training, and cardiovascular and mobility conditioning. Every session includes assisted stretching, guided meditation and a take-home programme to boost your progress. Through years of experience, I've designed this offering to allow my clients to enjoy improved strength, mobility, endurance, and rejuvenation in mind and body. Each session is 75 minutes long and tailored to your individual goals. Depending on your needs and availablity, we can have indoor and outdoor sessions.
