Each session is tailored to help you achieve your personal goals. The class sequence typically include warm-up, breathwork and flexibility poses, standing poses for strength and stability, dynamic flows, balance and core strength poses and restorative poses to lock in the benefits of the practice. This structured progression ensures an effective and accessible experience for all participants. With a strong emphasis on creating a mindful and supportive environment, I weave gratitude into my sequences to enhance appreciation and foster a positive mindset.
