Practicing yoga since 2016, Brittany has been inspired by the grounding nature of Hatha and the fluidity of Vinyasa. Her commitment to deepening her practice led her to undertake a 200-hour teacher training in 2021. Today, her classes reflect this journey, offering a harmonious blend of strength and smooth, flowing movements. For Brittany, yoga is more than just physical postures—it’s a practice of patience, self-compassion, and gratitude for what the body can achieve. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that progress comes through consistency and mindful movement.
