I’m passionate about empowering women, especially those navigating neurodivergence, to live their fullest lives. Understanding the neurodivergent mind means knowing typical methods may not always fit. As a coach, I offer empathy and tailored guidance, focusing on holistic growth—mind, body, and spirit. I aim to create supportive spaces where women build routines, set goals, and celebrate victories. My purpose is helping them “do life better,” embracing their unique strengths, resilience, and joy. I’m Strength Coach V, dedicated to seeing women thrive, not just survive. Living in Central Texas with my husband of over 20 years—who constantly inspires me to grow—our journey includes raising an adult daughter and a teenage son. My life is full of varied interests: brainstorming, problem-solving, weightlifting, volleyball, travel, photography, and embracing whatever my ADHD dreams up. My favorite place is the beach, where I feel closest to Jesus, finding peace and clarity. My professional path includes teaching in Colorado and working for the Navy in South Texas, experiences that deepened my commitment to public service and helping others thrive. I would look forward to helping you "Do life better"
