My background is varied from working as a qualified nurse, a business consultant and more recently an author and artist. As a Chartered Marketer (CIM professional diploma) I have experience of business development and strategy with the objective of growing smaller businesses in a manageable way. My interest and knowledge in healthcare means that I will offer solutions and advice in relation to personal wellbeing which will have a very significant and positive effect on the growth and success of a business or career. My creative pursuits, although vastly different, illustrate my ability to analyse a situation or business and come up with creative solutions to existing barriers to success. Through my years of experience I have learned how important it is to get the right support and how all the various aspects of a person's life will impact on the success they experience in their working life. This is my aim: To look at the entire situation and offer support and sign posting in both personal and business areas. The two exist co-de pendently and it is incredibly satisfying to see businesses grow and individuals develop and gain confidence. My mission is to help those individuals who just need someone along side, cheering them on and offering some intelligent guidance.
