I have completed 200 - hours Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course - Intermediate to Advanced Level. I have been learning and practicing yoga in Thenpodigai Yoga Studio from my master Durairaj since past 3 years. I have also been teaching Yoga to students in this studio and also participating in other social activities like tree planting and blood donation camp.
