Eleni was born in Cyprus, where she was raised with a deep connection to the sea. Exposed to the secrets of the Mediterranean lifestyle early on, Eleni experienced the aromas of fresh lemon, orange, and olive trees, which come in abundance in the region. These scents complement a diet rich in fresh fish, whole grains, legumes, and colorful vegetables, known for their anti-inflammatory properties and healing benefits. Eleni's Mediterranean origins enabled a mission to promote this long-tested and proven diet that endorses health and well being with the public.
