Hi! My name is Eli, and I have over 5 years of experience working with children in educational and supportive learning environments. I currently work as a Resource Support Specialist (RSP) and have experience supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, autism, and other individualized learning needs. In addition to my professional experience, I have also served as a Sunday school lead teacher, where I developed engaging and patient teaching strategies to help children feel confident and supported while learning. As both an educator and a mom, I understand that every child learns differently. My tutoring approach focuses on creating a positive, encouraging environment where students can build confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and enjoy learning at their own pace. I specialize in elementary ELA support, reading comprehension, spelling, decoding, and foundational literacy skills through personalized and interactive lessons designed to meet each student’s unique needs.
