After 15 years in Marketing and Sales in the corporate world, I decided to give another direction to my career. I wanted my job to have a deeper meaning and feel useful in a different way. Coaching, as a new career, became a no brainer considering the progress it helped me to achieve during a key period of my personal life. I coach a diverse range of individuals, including both men and women, with a soft spot on those seeking clarity in their next steps and women entrepreneurs. My aim is to create a supportive environment where everyone can share their concerns and fears about their current situation and future aspirations without feeling judged. I recognize that society often places different expectations on men and women. Men may feel pressured to be strong and to “suck it up” when facing challenges, while women may seek empowerment to make decisions and move forward confidently. By working with both genders, I strive to build bridges of understanding and support. My coaching process is designed to help individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward their goals, fostering personal and professional growth for all.
