I'm a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I've been PT-ing since 2017 and Yoga teaching since 2020 and have a passion for both. Although I started teaching in 2017 I've always been active and have practiced Yoga for 15+ years. I do lots of 1-1 yoga and PT online, although I started out in a gym, and more recently am doing group yoga classes in a studio. I trained in Vinyasa Yoga and this forms the basis of my classes with a bespoke sequence of asanas, depending on the yogis who are joining me in a shared practice. Although my training is in Vinyasa I also love Yin, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Restorative Yoga and hope to complete a Yin teacher training in early 2024. Hope to see you on the mat! x
