I have been in the hospitality sector since the age of 17. Throughout these years, I have covered all the bases in the kitchen from my time training at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel to working up to being Head Chef by the age of 23. During this time I built a business in private dining and events working on my days off whilst still working full time in a number of restaurants. By making this a success I have recently left the restaurant scene to keep building my business full time.  ​ I am developing a reputation as a well-known Private Chef in the Wirral/ Cheshire area, always exploring new recipes and using locally sourced produce. Since day one, I have focused on cooking and creating innovative menus and always looking to try different food and ideas for my private customers and events.
