I have been practicing meditation over 7 years. I lived in the ashram in India for 3 years so I have deeper understanding of the meditation and life style of ahimsa or non violence. I attended deeper retreats where we meditated 10 hours daily. I do meditate regulary and know the benefits of it. I also do yoga exercises. I try to combine different types of yoga and pilates accordingly the individuals. I enjoy yin yan yoga as you can release and cleanse all the negative emotians stored in the body.
