Hello! My name is Jasmine. I am a Personal Development and Relationship Coach based out of Canada. I started my journey in sales and realised I didn't quite fit in with the other sales consultants. I wasn't interested in just making a sale, I genuinely wanted to help and bring value to my clients. The thought of getting to meet and work with different clients everyday brought me so much excitement and joy. The clients could feel that and I'd often get told how welcoming and receptive I was, how they felt they could open up , felt seen and heard. Some clients would even give me a hug and cry. After three years in sales I just felt like something was missing and wanted to do more to help those around me. That's when I discovered Life Coaching and immediately fell in love, as it's everything I've always wanted to do. I get to meet all sorts of amazing people and help guide them through their journey to finding their idea of success and reach their goals. I'm currently working towards attaining my ICF accreditation through the iPEC coaching program. If not coaching, I spend my time running and training at my local gym. I've been running since 2022 and it has become a huge part of who I am. right now I'm running 10 km, half and full marathons but I hope to compete in ultra marathons one day!
