I am a very versatile yogi and love instructing strength & stamina-based yoga classes, just as much as restorative, slow-paced classes! My teaching philosophy is centered in pranayama (breathwork), tuning inward, and gratitude. As prana is our life-force and directly affects our nervous system. As self-reflection can heal and stabilize our emotional wellbeing. As practicing gratitude in the simple capability of movement makes for extra motivation to continually challenge, restore, and appreciate our bodies. I am a double-certified general yoga + prenatal yoga instructor with an emphasis in fertility yoga + pilates! I've worked at specialized fitness centers (hotels, boxing, cross-training), as well as traditional studios in varying styles (Vinyasa, Power, Prenatal, + Yin). I've also taught in-office, corporate yoga for wellness and have run my own studio with classes for beginner to advanced yogis!
