Hi Yogis! My name is Katie and I am certified in integrated vinyasa yoga. I believe that Yoga is more than just the asana, it is what one is experiencing in that given moment and giving space for internal exploration. My approach to teaching is to create an inclusive space where all students feel welcomed and encouraged to go a little further in their practice. My practices are for all levels in which I will gladly give modifications, emphasis on breathe awareness, and allow students to accommodate to their individuals needs and what their body is experiencing. I am eager to bring energy and support to students on their yoga journey. I began my yoga journey about 8 years ago, where I fell fondly in love with it, allowing balance and serenity into my life. In my free time I enjoying traveling, and spending time with my animals.
