I started out in a vocational school learning how to cook . I graduated from high school and went into the us navy as a culinary specialist after that I attended culinary school . I’ve been in the culinary industry for 35 years cooking all types of food and baking too . I’ve got 11 years experience in the baking industry . I currently work as a lead sous chef in Philadelphia.
